Liz Kopfmann

Executive Assistant

     Liz joined Richards Financial Services in December of 2019.  She brings varied experiences to her role from office managerial, graphic design, and insurance education, combined with over 15 years of experience in customer service.  Liz is responsible for a variety of office duties from supporting businesses in ensuring accurate employee eligibility, preparing and processing enrollment paperwork, organizing compliance related information, and maintaining digital media platforms, among many other tasks, to ensure smooth operations for our office. Liz also provides her support and knowledge to clients navigating their health insurance needs while transitioning to Medicare and finding supplemental insurance to fit their individual needs.

     Working as a team and appreciating each other’s roles is important at Richards Financial Services. Liz’s colleagues express their appreciation for her ability to seek out the requested information with regards to our clients and in compliance related areas, and her dedication to providing accurate information and processes. Liz’s initiative, problem-solving skills, exceptional organization, and proficiency in IT help ensure efficiency at the firm. Liz delivers great customer service and prides herself in keeping communication with clients a priority.

     Liz was born in California, grew up in western Kansas, then lived in South Dakota and Minnesota for 10 years before moving back to western Kansas in 2017. Liz is currently a college student working towards her bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration, with intentions of pursuing a law degree.

    Liz and her fiancé Travis live on a small piece of acreage in the country and have 2 children. Liz stays busy hauling her daughter to rodeos, working on home renovations, studying and spending time with her family. Liz enjoys volunteering and currently serves as a board member for the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center, a non-profit organization providing support to child abuse victims and their families.
